Return Policy
Online and In-Person purchases may be returned for STORE CREDIT CODE ONLY. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of sale. The total Store Credit will be for the original purchase price of the item(s) only - Shipping and Handling Fees will not be included.
Returned items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and have all ORIGINAL TAGS attached. Items that appear to have been worn, washed, stained, smell of smoke OR perfume, pet hairs, etc. will not be accepted.
Shoes must be returned in the original box and packaged in a separate box. Shoe boxes that are damaged or have shipping labels directly on them will not be accepted.
All discounted items from SPECIAL SALES (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc) or DISCOUNT CODES THAT ARE 30% OR MORE - as well as Final Sale items are FINAL SALE and won’t be accepted for refund.
Also, all accessories, earrings, and leggings are FINAL sale as well. This is for hygienic purposes and in the best interest of our customers.
Returned items must include the original invoice and a note with the reason for the return.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and a refund will not be accepted.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Please allow 5-7 days for a Store Credit Code to be issued after receiving and approving the return.
Any return that is not accepted will be shipped back to the buyer. The buyer will be required to pay the shipping and handling fees.
